September 23rd - Thursday. School is Closed

September 24th Friday- Black Belt Training (make up class) with Master Park. (No Kickboxing)

September 25th - Saturday. Belt Test  and Black Belt Training with Master Park after Belt Test

There are several alterations to the reg schedule for August 18-21.

Paul and “Sir” travelled to Battle Creek, Michigan this week-end for the World Hap Ki Do Federation tournament.

This was Paul’s first Hap Ki Do tournament and won Gold for his division.

Please come support our students who have been working so hard to earn their black belt.

Their Final Test will be this Saturday May 29th, in the Mountainside Rec Center. Testing will begin at 10:00.

After the test, please join us for the school BBQ and potluck. Potluck sign up sheets are posted at the school. We look forward to seeing you there.

2010 Master Shon’s Tae Kwon Do Championship in Federal Way

The tournament will take place April 24th, Saturday.

There will be sparring, poomse, board breaking, and weapons competitions. Compete or come support our students who are competing!

We wil be collecting registration forms at the school to send in together by April 15th. (Otherwise, you may send in your registration directly to Master Shon or register at the door.)

New Entrance

• Please begin using the side door entrance. The side door will become the “main entrance” allowing us to utilize more of the main room for training purposes.

Gear-

• Please bring Sparring gear and running shoes to every class.
• This will ensure that students are well prepared for any type of training that may take place; and to allow for flexibility of variety of skills practiced on any given day.
• All gear, shoes, jackets, backpacks should be stored in the back waiting room.

Belts

• There are hooks available in the Dojang to hang your belt after class.
• If there is not an empty hook available please notify “Sir”.

Back room policy

• Please respect the church and school property and clean up after yourselves and children. We would like to have our school be an inviting place for students and parents.
• Movies- We have some family friendly movies available for entertainment. Please keep the volume at a respectable level in consideration of those who may be training, reading, or working on their homework.
